Synergos srl, a consulting company, began its journey in the human resources sector, acquiring in 2007 the Cpl & Taylor brand, a historic brand linked to Research and Selection of Qualified Personnel. The company, which has ten years of experience in the field of selection, was looking for a complete software for the management of selection processes. With a working team of ten HR Specialists and a massive management of 35,000 CV, the need for a professional recruiting product was increasingly evident. After long comparisons, in 2017 CPL & Taylor gives confidence to Performa Recruit, underlining its innovative nature compared to other software of the category. Synergos and Performa start the collaboration, stipulating a multi-year Premium contract and requiring a customized product.
The Human Factor
Thehumanfactor is a candidate selection company located in Milan, specialized in the search for middle and top managers, with HR outsourcing, assessment and team building services. The company had the need to include a recruiting software within its structure in order to replace Excel and folders; an instrument able to organize CVs and its history in a simple and intuitive way. It was looking for a solution to be supported in the daily research on Linkedin, making the publishing of job ads faster. The automatic saving of the CVs in the Performa database directly from the social platform was a plus. The Human Factor chose the Premium contract with a first level personalization.
We Tech is an information technology company located in Milan. Its activity consists in the management of technical assistance activities on the national territory, with a capillary network of professionals that guarantee rapid intervention and technical expertise. The main activities provided on the National territory are: Insurance Maintenance Contracts, Full Outsourcing, Ticket Assistance Contracts, Roll Out, Gaming Technical Assistance Equipment. The company always needed to find in the shortest time the technical skills for the various projects distributed in the Italian territory. They used slow and obsolete management software. After a series of tests and demos of various products, it landed on Performa Recruit.
Captured by its speed and the power of research by relevance, it immediately chose the Premium contract without requiring any customization.

(service level agreement) agreed. One4 had an urgency for a change of HR software dedicated to recruiting. Our interlocutor, already aware of the advantages that could involve the use of a software for personnel selection, tried our software with the Try & buy version for 15 days.

Teamsoft is a computer consulting company based in Vimercate. With its 100 employees throughout Italy, the company provides outsourcing services (open consultancy or time & material), specialized services in the SAP area and service desk. The company was looking for a streamlined and efficient solution that could reorganize its huge database of candidates with IT skills. Proposing the ideal candidate as quickly as possible was its main target during the software evaluation period. Impressed by the speed of the algorithm and the variables of the Relevance research, Teamsoft chose the Premium version at first, becoming our first customer. Thanks to the requests for customization of the company, Performa was able to implement the functionality of the geolocation of skills already in version 1.1. A customization that is now extended by default to all customers.
Currently, Teamsoft has switched to the Enterprise version which includes Performa Extended.
