Performa Srl manages the data provided by users in accordance with the provisions of the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The information systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.

This is information is not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but considering their own nature, through processing and association with data held by third parties, could allow users to be identified.

If the user enters a page of the site or a comment by clicking on one of the logos mentioned above, the browser creates a link to the servers of the respective providers.

The contents of the plug-ins and the amount of data collected by the respective provider using the plug-ins are not dependent on HIT HOTEL. With the incorporation of the plug-ins, information about the pages and content that the user has viewed on our site is transmitted to the relevant provider. If the user is logged into the social network, the respective provider may make the visit to our site appear in the user’s account. By clicking on one of the logos mentioned above, the information is transmitted directly from the user’s browser to the plug-in provider and saved there. As foreseen by Articles 11 and 12 GDPR all interested parties can exercise the following rights:

  • Right of access by the data subject (Article 15 of the GDPR): right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed.
  • Right of erasure (right to oblivion Article 17 of the GDPR): The so-called “to be forgotten” the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay and the controller shall have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay.
  • Right to restriction of processing (Article 18 of the GDPR): the right to obtain from the controller the restriction on data processing.
